Terms and Conditions

1. Scope
The following terms and conditions apply to all orders placed via our online shop by consumers and businesses.

2. Contract partner, conclusion of contract
The purchase contract is concluded with snodis. By clicking the order button you accept the offer for the products in the shopping cart. You will receive an order confirmation by email immediately after submitting your order.

3. Contract language
The language available for concluding the contract is German.

4. Delivery conditions

4.1 Shipping costs
Standard shipping within Germany costs €3.99; shipping is free from a purchase value of €60. Shipping to Austria costs €4.95; free from €60.

If a customer returns goods and the original order value drops below €60.00 as a result, we reserve the right to charge the originally waived shipping costs of €3.99 (Germany) or €4.95 (Austria) retroactively and offset them against the refund.

4.2 Delivery options
We ship products to the delivery address provided during the ordering process. Collection by the customer is unfortunately not possible.

4.3 Delivery time
Delivery times and shipping methods are described in the respective offer. If delays occur, we will inform you immediately by email.

5. Payment

5.1 Prices
The prices stated at the time of the order apply. These are total prices including the statutory VAT.

5.2 Payment methods
The following payment methods are available in our shop: credit card, PayPal, Klarna, Sofortüberweisung and Apple Pay.

6. Right of withdrawal
Consumers have the statutory right of withdrawal as described in the withdrawal instructions. No voluntary right of withdrawal is granted to businesses.

6.1 Calculation of discounts
Discounts granted from a certain number of purchased products lose their validity upon return and will be offset against the refund at your expense.

7. Retention of title
The goods remain our property until payment in full.

8. Transport damage
For consumers: If goods are delivered with obvious transport damage, please report such defects to the delivery person as soon as possible and contact us immediately.

9. Warranty
Statutory defect liability law applies.
