Right of Withdrawal for Consumers

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, please first contact us by email: info@snodis.de

by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or an email) about your decision to withdraw from this contract. You may use the model withdrawal form below, but this is not mandatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Consequences of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, excluding the costs of delivery. We may refuse reimbursement until we have received the goods back. You must send back the goods without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal to us. Return costs are borne by the customer.

Due to the currently high volume of orders, reimbursement may take up to 14 working days in individual cases.

Calculation of discounts

Discounts granted from a certain number of purchased products lose their validity upon return and will be offset against the reimbursement at your expense.
